UKPSC SI Physical Test Details 2024

There will be two physical tests for UKPSC SI posts i.e. Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Measurement Test, candidates need to know what will be there in both these tests. PET exam will evaluate the physical fitness of the candidates and PMT will evaluate the physical appearance of the candidate by considering certain factors.

Candidates need to perform certain activities for physical efficiency tests such as high jumps of 8 feet for female candidates and 13 feet for male candidates, and cricket ball throw at a distance of 20 meters, and 50 meters for females and males respectively.
