NICL AO Mains Exam Date 2024 Out, Phase 2 Exam Schedule, Call Letter

The eligibility criteria for NICL AO 2024 includes age limit, educational qualification and nationality. The details of the eligibility criteria are discussed in the official notification. The candidate must be a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962.

The minimum age limit required for the NICL AO post is 21 to 30 years as of 1st December 2023. This is the minimum age limit for the General category, whereas the candidates belonging to the reserved category have been provided some age relaxation.

For NICL AO Generalist and Specialist Posts

The selection process for the Generalist and Specialist Doctors (MBBS), Legal, Finance, Actuarial, Information Technology, and Automobile Engineers) posts include Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages. The Prelims Exam shall be objective type and the Mains Exam will be both objective and descriptive type.

The selection process for the NICL AO Hindi (Rajbhasha) post includes an online Single Stage Exam.

NICL AO Exam Pattern 2024

The NICL AO Examination will be held through the Prelims and Mains Exam. The exam-wise NICL AO Exam Pattern is given below.

1. The duration of the Prelims Exam is 60 Minutes (20 Minutes for each section)

NICL AO Salary 2024

Candidates appointed as Administrative Officer will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 85,000/- in Metropolitan centres. At the time of appointment, the Basic Pay is fixed at Rs. 50,925/- within the pay scale 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765, including various allowances as per existing Company rules. Additional benefits including participation in New Pension Scheme governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. will be given as per Company policies at the time of appointment. Officers are also entitled to Company owned/leased accommodation as per established norms.

Further, Doctors (MBBS) appointed as Specialist Officers qualify for Non-Practising Allowance (NPA) equivalent to 25% of the Basic Pay subject to applicable conditions as applicable from time to time.
