IPPB Vacancy 2024, Educational Qualification:
- DGM & General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
- Assistant General Manager (Technology), Programme/VM: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/Post Graduate in IT/Management
- Assistant General Manager (Technology), IT: B.E./B.Tech.
- Senior Manager (Information Security & Internal Audit): B.Sc. or B.Tech or M.Sc.
- Senior Manager (Product): Any graduate with MBA or equivalent
- Senior Manager (Operations): Graduate in any discipline
Age Limit:
- Senior Manager: 26 to 35 Years
- Assistant General Manager (AGM): 32 to 45 Years
- Deputy General Manager (DGM): 35 to 55 Years
- General Manager: 38 to 55 Years
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for PWD-UR, 13 years for PWD-OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates.

Cost of Company (CTC) of the officers includes other pay and allowances, such as Dearness Allowance (DA), City Compensatory Allowance, Special Allowance, Fixed Personal Pay, Bouquet of Allowances, NPS, Gratuity, HRA/Leased Accommodation and Mediclaim facility, etc. as per service rules in force from time to time.
