Human Health Life 2025, Health Science, Health Study
Human Health Life 2025 : There are many definitions of health, which have been used for different purposes over time. In general, it means physical and emotional health, especially when it relates to the normal functioning of the human body, the absence of illness, pain (including mental pain) or injury.
Health can be promoted by encouraging healthy activities, such as regular physical exercise and adequate sleep, and by reducing or avoiding unhealthy activities or conditions, such as smoking or excessive stress. Some factors that affect health are due to individual choices, such as engaging in or not engaging in high-risk behaviors, while others are due to structural causes, such as whether society is organized in a way that makes it easy or difficult for people to obtain needed health services. Still, other factors go beyond both individual and group choices, such as genetic disorders.
Human Health Life 2024 is a pattern used by people, groups and nations and it is formed in specific geographical, economic, political, cultural and religious texts. Lifestyle refers to the characteristics of the inhabitants of a region in a particular time and place.
It includes the day-to-day behavior and actions of individuals in jobs, activities, leisure and diet. In recent decades, Human Health Life 2024 as an important factor of health is gaining more interest by researchers. According to WHO, 60% of the factors related to individual health and quality of life are related to lifestyle
(1). Millions of people follow unhealthy lifestyles. Therefore, they face illness, disability and even death. Problems such as metabolic diseases, joint and skeletal problems, cardio-vascular diseases, hypertension, overweight, violence, etc. can be caused by unhealthy lifestyles. The relationship between lifestyle and health should be highly considered.
Today, there have been vast changes in the lives of all people. Malnutrition, unhealthy diet, smoking, alcohol consumption, drug abuse, stress, etc. are symptoms of unhealthy lifestyles that are used as the major form of lifestyle. In addition, new challenges are faced in the lives of citizens.
For example, emerging new technologies within IT such as the Internet and virtual communication networks lead our world to a major challenge that endangers the physical and mental health of individuals. Human Health Life 2024 The challenge is the overuse and misuse of technology.
Therefore, according to existing studies, it can be said that: Lifestyle has a significant impact on the physical and mental health of human beings. There are various forms of such impacts. Human Health Life 2024 Blood relations in some ethnic groups are a major form of lifestyle that leads to genetic disorders. Improving this unhealthy lifestyle is a preventive factor to reduce the rate of genetic diseases
(2). In some countries, excessive use of drugs is a major unhealthy lifestyle. Iran is one of the 20 countries that use the most drugs. They prefer medication over other interventions. In addition, in 15-40% of cases they use medicines without a prescription
(3). Painkillers, eye drops and antibiotics are the most commonly used in Iran. While self-medication such as antibiotics has a negative effect on the immune system, if the person is affected by an infection, antibiotics will not be effective in treatment. Overall, 10 percent of people who self-medicate will face serious complications such as drug resistance. Sometimes drug allergies are so severe that it can even lead to death
