Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Bharti 2024 : The Haryana Government has recently established Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) with the objective of deploying contractual manpower and manpower of outsourced category services in government departments, boards, corporations, statutory bodies, state universities and other agencies owned and controlled by the state government. The HKRN portal hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in will function under the administrative control of the Department of Skill Development and Industrial Training, Haryana.
The Haryana Government has launched the Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN Portal) with the objective of completing all contract/DC rate recruitments in Haryana. Till now all the departments used to do these recruitments on their own, in which there was corruption, now these recruitments will be done through the HKRN portal.

What is Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited
Recruitment of temporary employees (DC rate) in Haryana which was till now done through contractors will now be done by Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam. This move of the government will end the practice of giving jobs on contract and will also reduce corruption.
Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited is a web portal of the Government of Haryana for the recruitment of contractual, DC rate employees in various government departments.
Earlier the recruitment of DC rate / contractual employees was done by the concerned department, in which there was a lot of corruption and lack of transparency in the recruitment process.
To overcome this problem, the Haryana Government has started Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam so that the recruitment of contractual employees can be done smoothly and in a fair manner.

- Two: To receive the contractual staff requirement from the various departments, boards, organizations, universities, etc.
- Three: Publishing Advertisement for the Contractual Staff Recruitment
- Four: Conducting the recruitment process like Written exams, interviews, Skill tests, etc.
