GNDU Result 2024 Out : Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) has released the results of semester examinations for various UG and PG courses on its official website. Students need to enter their registration number to download the results. GNDU follows semester-wise academic curriculum. Its academic year is divided into two semesters. Odd and Even. The odd semester begins in the month of August and ends in the month of December, while the even semester begins in January and ends in June.
The university provides distance education through the Directorate of Open and Distance Learning, GNDU (ODL GNDU) to help working professionals and housewives fulfill their dreams.
The results are declared by the university in the month of January for odd semester examinations and in the month of June for even semester examinations.

GNDU Result 2024 Out: How to Download Online?
Students are required to enter their details to get their exam results. Follow the steps given below to check the result:
- Step 1: Visit the official website of the university.
- Step 2: Click on the “Result” option under the “Exam” tab on the homepage.
- Step 3: On the result page, enter your “Roll Number”, session, month of exam, and course.
- Step 4: Click on Submit and the result will be displayed on the screen.
- Step 5: View your results and take a printout for future use.

Students must check the result and inform the Controller of Examinations in case of any error. The details mentioned in the result are given below:

GNDU Improvement Result 2024
Students who want to score more marks and are not satisfied with the results of GNDU can apply for improvement in the university. These students have to pay Rs 1800 at the registrar office and submit their application for improvement result.
Students can also apply for practical paper for the improvement process. If students want to apply for revaluation, they have to pay a fee of Rs 1710 at the registrar office along with the application.
The revised results will be released on the website after 1 month of application submission. Students are advised to keep a track of the university notifications for all updates.
GNDU Revaluation Result 2024
Students who wish to apply for revaluation can apply online within 18 days of the declaration of the result. The application fee is Rs.1200/- per subject and Rs.200/- for the form. One has to submit the form only to apply for one or more subjects. Revaluation is done for annual examinations, biennial examinations, semester examinations and supplementary examinations, except for the following:
- Examinations in the Medical/Dental/Ayurveda faculties.
- Practical and viva voce examinations.
- Semesters in which grading system is used.
- Examinations in which answer sheets are marked by internal and external examiners.
- Semester system examinations at University Campus, Amritsar and Regional Campus Jalandhar and Gurdaspur from December, 2009 examination
Any candidate can withdraw from revaluation by submitting a separate application within 10 days of filling the application form. No fee will be refunded after submission of the revaluation form.
The re-evaluation of the answer sheet of a subject will be done separately by two examiners. Out of the three marks including the original mark, the average of the nearest two will be considered. The final result (favourable or unfavourable) will be attached to the students applying for re-evaluation.
How to apply for re-evaluation:
- Visit the university website
- Click on “Apply for Re-evaluation” under the “Examination” tab.
- On the new page, click on “Apply for Re-evaluation”.
- On the “Re-evaluation Form” page, enter your “Roll Number”, “Session” and “Academic Year”.
- Enter “Submit”, the re-evaluation form will appear on the screen.
- Fill all the details on the form and submit it.
