CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Exam City : The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the Joint CSIR UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2024 exam city notification on 16 June 2024. The CSIR UGC NET exam will be conducted on 25, 26 and 27 June 2024 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The Joint CSIR UGC NET exam is conducted to determine eligibility for the award of Junior Research Fellowship, appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD programmes in Indian universities.

CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Exam City  Therefore, it is an important exam, and the online application form for CSIR UGC NET June 2024 was invited from 1-27 May 2024. The CSIR UGC NET June 2024 exam will be conducted for the following six test papers:

• Chemical Sciences
• Earth Atmospheric, Ocean, and Planetary Sciences
• Life Sciences
• Mathematical Sciences
• Physical Sciences

CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Eligibility

Age Limit: The age limit for the JRF is a maximum of 30 Years as on 1 June 2024. The age relexation of 5 years will be given to the OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, Third Gender catetorires and women candidates.

There is no age limit for the Assistant Professor and Admission to Ph.D.

Education Qualification: General/ Unreserved/ General-EWS candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from recognized universities/ institutions are eligible for CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Examination.

CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Exam City  Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC), Non-Creamy Layer/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons with Disabilities (PWD)/Third Gender category who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding) in Master’s degree or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for CSIR UGC NET June 2024 exam.

The candidates appearing in the Master’s degree final year are also eligible to apply.
