Candidates will be selected through an Online Test (possibly at Chennai) and/or Group Discussion/Interview, to evaluate their knowledge, skills and attitude. The Online Test consists of 50 questions on General Aptitude (Verbal Ability, G.K., Reasoning, Numerical Ability) and 70 questions on Discipline Knowledge, carrying a total of 120 marks. There is a penalty of ¼ mark for each wrong answer. The duration of the exam is 2 hours, with the final selection being made based on 85% written test score and 15% interview score. Candidates must secure a minimum of 40% (35% for SC/ST/PwBD) in both the stages to qualify.
