SSC JE Exam Date 2024 Out, Paper 1 Exam Starts from 5 June
SSC JE Exam Date 2024 Out : Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has updated the exam schedule for SSC JE 2024 Tier 1 exam. There has been a slight change in the dates of SSC JE Tier 1 exam due to the Lok Sabha elections, which has now been rescheduled for June 5, 6 and 7, 2024. Candidates who are appearing in the first category examination should be aware of the revised schedule. The examination will be conducted as a computer based examination. The official authorities have provided the revised schedule for the examination through a notice on the official website https://ssc.gov.in/.

All those candidates who are going to appear in Tier-1 examination for various Junior Engineer posts in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying and Contract Departments/Ministries/Organizations in Government of India must be aware of the updated exam dates. . The exam will be conducted at various exam centers for a total duration of 2 hours. SSC JE 2024 computer based examination will be conducted in multiple shifts.
Staff Selection Commission will publish the complete examination schedule on its official website, candidates have to appear in the examination as per the respective schedule. The Computer Based Examination (Tier-1) will be conducted on three consecutive days from 5th to 7th June 2024 and the admit card for Tier 1 examination will be released before 1st June 2024.

SSC JE Tier-1 Exam Pattern 2024
Candidates appearing for the upcoming Tier-1 exam of SSC JE should know about the marking scheme and overall exam pattern for better preparation. The mode of examination will be Computer Based Examination (CBE) for total 200 marks. The latest exam pattern will also help the candidates to prepare a good study plan which will help in effective and efficient exam preparation. Junior Engineer Paper 1 exam consists of General Awareness, General Intelligence and Reasoning Intelligence, and subject-specific General Engineering sections. Check important points.
1. Paper I include 200 multiple-choice questions.
2. The exam will be conducted for a total of 200 marks.
3. CBE (Computer-Based Examination) will be conducted for 2 hours (120 minutes).
4. For every incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
